Fauzia Firdanisa, M.Sc.

Fauzia is a child protection practitioner with over 6 years of experience working at the United Nations system and non-governmental organizations in Indonesia and abroad. She specializes in prevention of violence against children and harmful practices, social behavior change, GEDSI, and protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA).

Fauzia graduated master’s from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She offers capacity assessments and consultations related to safeguarding and PSEA policies for NGOs/INGOs, care institutions, and schools.

Shafira Anissa, M.Psi., Psikolog

Fira is a licensed psychologist fluent in Indonesian, English, and Japanese. She graduated bachelor’s and master’s from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta. Fira specializes in education psychology, with interest in cyber psychology – the study of human behavior in relation to the use of technology. She also specializes in both qualitative and quantitative research.

Fira offers pro-bono consultations related to general mental health, emotional regulation, and parenting in three languages.

Maria Arika, M.Pd.

Arika is an Education and Child Protection Consultant with over 10 years of experience working at the intersection of education, child protection and safeguarding. She holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Education and is a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator and Positive Discipline for Teachers Facilitator.

She has worked across education, child protection, and advocacy with NGO and UNICEF and has facilitated safeguarding training for children and vulnerable adults in schools and faith-based organizations. She also contributed to the book writing of Positive Discipline for Junior and Senior high schools, as well as sexual abuse prevention materials in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (MOECRT).

Alongside her professional work, she is a Certified Human Design Reader supporting both children and adults to better understand themselves and live with their full potential.

Akza Rajuwana Parastiara, M.Psi., Psikolog

Akza is a licensed psychologist with a strong passion for human development across the lifespan. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Universitas Airlangga and completed her Master’s and Professional Psychology Degree at Universitas Gadjah Mada, specializing in Educational Psychology with a minor in Clinical Psychology.

Through supervised casework during her training, she gained exposure to working with children with developmental challenges, further strengthening her interest in child development, special needs, and communication–language growth. Her approach integrates evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavior Therapy (BT), and family-centered interventions.

Akza offers pro bono consultations related to stress, anxiety, self-development, aptitude and interest exploration, and parenting. She is also open to collaborations in webinars and educational programs within school settings and parenting communities.

Diah Cahyaningrum, M.Psi., Psikolog

Diah is a dedicated Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Professional Psychology, specializing in human development, education, and behavioral science. Diah has a keen interest in educational intervention and behavioral modification, helping students, educators, and families achieve developmental milestones through rigorous psychological practice.

​With a background spanning research, psychoeducation, and professional counseling, Diah merges psychometric rigor with a deep passion for self-regulation and inclusive growth, ensuring that every intervention is backed by data and a holistic understanding of the learner’s environment. Furthermore, Diah has a growing interest in the psychology of older adults, exploring how cognitive and emotional well-being evolves across the lifespan.

Diah offers pro bono consultations related to general mental health, behavioral challenges in children and adolescents, self-regulation strategies, educational program development, parental and teacher support, and counseling for older adults.
